    Bad salary and benefit package
    The good thingsNot so much of good things here.
    The challengesToo politics and extremely low salary increment. Benefits here not updated . Only certain "group" of staff are being cared. Engineers turn over are extremely high here. Being force to perform extra unrelated job work.

    Poor management team, Unfair treatment
    The good thingsBad things more than good things.
    The challengesHigh sales with low profit margin. Give staff 1%-3% increment only. Turn over high. Unfair treatment to staff. Cost down happened from time to time (not only covid time).

    Good for a fresh graduate
    The good thingsFriendly environment where everyone is helpful and willing to give idea. Can master a lot of technical skills in a short time.
    The challengesPoor management team with lack of logical judgement and decision. Does not work on solving issue based on root cause, but short term solution instead. Cannot learn good leadership skill from here.

    The good thingsEverybody from top to bottom level working tremendously to fulfill customer demands. You will see a very good teamwork in every aspects. Very supportive and friendly top management!
    The challengesSometimes push too hard to stand on same level with big player in terms of technologies and capacities. Need to invest more on facilities and equipment for products that not in company niche. Current technologies sometimes give headache to solve problems.

    The good thingsI like the lovely environment and everyone working hard to earn more together while still not forget to hunt for every Friday lunch and birthday celebration together.

    The good thingsThe best things working here is everyone is helping each other which you rarely see in current working environment. On top of that, top management always encourage downline to always learning something new and make no gap relationship between them.
