Good place for first-time experienceThe good thingsLocated in the middle of the town, lots of area are easily accessible. Great working environment among department colleagues, also a good place to start a career experience and learn the basic ropes in the publishing world especially for interns. Learned a lot about the whole process from the manuscript stage to the end product quality checking.
The challengesThere is a room for improvement in providing opportunities for career growth and excellence, could do better with appropriate recognition towards employees or organisational activities like team building, training etc. to keep them motivated and stronger. Also, the pressure is real during peak time, however there will be lack of deadlines during slow time somewhere in the year.
