Recommend for Fresh Graduate to join
The good things- High starting salary (included allowance) for fresh graduate - Good place to learn & enhance multi-tasking skill for newbie - Overall friendly colleagues (of course depend on people, cases and time)
The challenges- Too flexible on work (resulted many manual jobs are needed) - Average technology level (you will know after you join) - Need to enhance the successor plan especially for production side - There is still room to improve further on 'leadership'

The challengesSeriously, I couldn't think of any serious challenges as I was just an intern, working for not longer than 2 months. The food in the canteen has room for improvement though!
