You can join to gain experiences but don’t stay to long.
The good thingsTeamwork and easy negotiation with technicians. Parking is provided and covered parking for motorcycles.Insurance provided but if you sick need come to HR office to get GL letter first before go hospital.
The challengesClaim form/ invoices always missing when pass to HR. Monthly OT payments wrong calculated. There no life balanced if you join under development team. Working 12h / 6-7 days is normal during trial. Any minor parameters change need to go through top management for approval. All decisions making made by boss only.

    Japanese hierarchy, so so management.
The good thingsGaining experience, people very friendly, chance to attend internal and external training.
The challengesJapanese hierarchy, too depends on Japanese advisor, less Malaysian top management, no rewards for your contribution. Lack of manpower and work overload.
