    The good things1) Great safety culture. 2) Friendly colleagues. 3) Good cross department cooperation. 4) No politic. 5) Great working environment. 6) Freedom to express your opinion. 7) Good team HOD. 8) Management willing to invest to use latest technology. 9) Management willing to invest for continuous improvement on job environment thru yearly CAPEX. 10) Knowledge/best practice/safety sharing thru parent company. 11) Company provide bus as transportation for people staying outside Pengerang.

    A great place to work with!
    The good thingsI was one of the pioneer team in the Company during the start-up of the terminal and directly involved in the hiring of the staff. We worked in a fast-paced environment but we were all happy and had close bonding. The Management was great in leading us achieving the company's goal.
    The challengesThe long distance between the workplace (Pengerang) and home (Pasir Gudang) had been a great challenge. Due to the heavy activities of RAPID projects and the poor logistics (small roads with pot holes, plus the costly toll fee at Senai-Desaru highway) had forced me to quit the job!
