    The good thingsI am good to have a good superior in R&D department, others department might be a nightmare if you were in.
    The challengesmost of the employee working over 10 years and their mind set is too stubborn to change, not even willing to accept new challenge, only wants to remain the same as of now. If you plan to retire over there is good, but for getting better challenges , then it might not suitable for you. Pensonic is too comfortable to grow. You need to have slef-awareness if you were working over there.

    The good thingsThe manager is open minded and nice. Very comfortable facilities especially toilet which is always clean. Got nice friends and nice people there. Can get more experience and the best place to start your experience.

    The good thingsThe organization provides excellent training for staff development and career grow. The working environment is comfortable and convenient. It's a good organization to gain working experiences.
    The challengesThe challenge on monthly stock forecast & control, purchase order to fulfill sales needs as well as for company profit. Besides, sourcing for new and marketable products is also a challenge.

    The good thingsAs a freshgraduate, the experience was average and satisfied. The opportunity to learn is okay. I appreciated the chance given by manager to handle a full set account on the maternity leave of my colleague.

    The good thingsWorking environment with colleagues in harmony without much of office politics, although it's unavailable to have conflicts amongst departments with different objectives. Management is open to change management, thus, it's an opportunity to openly suggest and discuss with management improvement opportunities Great opportunity to learn, if you are not someone just want to be doing routine job
    The challengesIt's difficult to work with family when you have several family members in the management, with different objectives. Challenging moments when you need to report to all different bosses. Communication could be a problem, if you do not speak fluent Mandarin, as you'll need to subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong. Some managements communicate in Mandarin as well
