A fair experienceThe good thingsFriendly people in the department. Senior staff are very helpful, gave many patience and guidance throughout the six months period. Very beautiful office and there were interesting activities hosted by the company from time to time which gives everyone a break from work and can also enhance the relationship between colleagues.
The challengesA few people from the other department could improve in the way they communicate specially to those who are lower in terms of position and experience. I understand that people are not obligated to help others but the way of communication could affect the working environment. Politeness are widely accepted and appreciated in a working space. It could be a disease which can spread through the office but luckily it is only constrained within the department itself.
