    Survived working there for 2years+ because I have to. Luckily I managed to get new job now.
    The good thingsCan't think any for now
    The challengesStarted with attached to HQ in Penang Island, then moved to BK early last year. No additional allowances were given for the additional cost of travel. Management do not care about the employee, very stingy when comes to spending for employees. Safety of the technicians/engineers are at big stake. No proper safety PPE provided. Need to climb up 10ft height machine without any safety harness. No planning at all. Higher level management only listen to their favorites' Manager words, never bother lower level staff.

    Suitable for those who search for a flexible working time, loves to work OT and stay within their comfort zone.
    The good thingsGreat career development on every sectors. Get to travel locally and abroad and work with local and MNC customer. Get to work with large team members.
    The challengesOver commit to customer on machine capability. Lack of technical knowledge on fulfilling customer's requirement. Lack of experience(try & error) in machine design causing design completion date overdue with no/weak corrective action. Inaccurate simulation during design stage ended up generating lots or rework part, affect machine production and delivery date, machine under performance, loss trust from customer. Do not practice continuous improvement. Lack of motivation and direction within internal team, team members are working on instruction instead of objective. Need a lot of baby-siting to the team members, cannot work independently with showing needed follow up. A lot more to improve at machine build quality.

    A great company to work in!
    The good thingsThis company has great working environment, the office space is large and spacious and the cafeteria has an urban coffee house aesthetic to it that really makes you feel like you just don't want to leave! I have great colleagues to work with, caring and understanding supervisors and seniors who are open to new ideas and discussions.
    The challengesThere will be times where you feel stressful but I believe this is to be expected when you work for any company, but fret not, your stress and hardship you endured will be handsomely rewarded.

    The good thingsThere are Profit Sharing/Monetary Incentives on quaterly basis (almost all the time) SInce it is an Automation company, the company future is quite bright (support almost all of Manufacturing fields. The Chairman/Founder is VERY visionary.
    The challengesPoor management one the manpower and workflow. Superior are less focusing on thier subordinates personal development Ambigous job scope compares to original job desripition upon hiring. Always delays on the Allowance claims (Medical, travel etc)
