Hence, it is a good place for a person looking for career growth and career advancement with steep learning curve as the Company is continue evolving at fast-paced to become better and better.
    The challengesTime management and stress management skill are crucial here to handle the task assigned in a professional way. However, it will contribute to the career growth and personal growth eventually.

    The good thingsIt’s a growing company which means still have lots of potential to grow your career here. Working environment are great, colleagues are helpful and friendly. Bosses are nice.
    The challengesAs it is a growing company hence a lot of changes. You have to be able to adapt to new changes every now and able to be independently handle your work. But definitely a very good learning place and progress.

    The challengesSome staff even the management behave in very unprofessional or child like manner and wonder why the employees are leaving. They don't really accept constructive feedback but in here you may succeed just by being the yes-man.

    Poor management team, very limited career and personal growth
    The good thingsRefreshment is ok, sometimes there will be free lunch and drinks
    The challengesManagement team is very bossy and they think they are always right. Need to be very independant as not much guidance will be given and the people is not helpful. The company not likely to promote career or personal growth as they think you can be replaced any time no matter how good you are.

    Challenging work space but you can definitely learn a lot here
    The good thingsAttractive salary and commission. There is a lot of improvement done by the management. The leader always willing to guide. Great teamwork in SW department. Nice and friendly colleagues.
    The challengesYou must be able to work under stress here. Many unexpected situation from production and clients side. However, that is the point when you can learn a lot of things and upgrade your communication skill here in this company.
