    Stable and Good company
The good thingsPP is very stable with a good working environment and culture. Overall it is a good place for people with a hungry belly who wants to earn a lot of commission.
The challengesIt is a place where the individual consultant needs to be very independent and has a never-say-die work attitude. This is a 360 recruitment place, which you need to build your own client base and find your own candidates. If you are poor in cold calling or business development, it might be a steep learning curve for you.

The challengesThe learning curve can be steep, but this is a common challenge no matter where you are working at. As long as one has the willingness to learn, this can definitely be overcome.

    challenging
The good thingsencounter different people with different perspective. my employer is good and always for improvement that is why I always look for improving myself. I am more subjective to what I need to do especially in sales quotas. it moves me..
The challengesThe challenges in working in this company was being assigned in areas that i am not so familiar. but its is good for me because it teaches me a lot in terms of local languages, cultures, people. Having offices or satellite offices in such areas must be needed. It has many purposes in terms of logistics and staffing.

    Dynamic environment, great collegues
The good thingsAutonomy to manage your time, clients and candidates. Flexible working culture allows individual expression and various methods to reach our goals and objectives. Good managers and bosses that will point you in the right direction and yet allow space for growth and a pursuit for greater heights.
The challengesJob often requires a lot of multi-tasking. Multi-tasking can train you up but can also be a distraction. Difference between an average consultant and good consultant is the ability to focus and prioritize. Some sort of formal training at the initial phase, could be implemented to ensure a more seamless transition for newcomers.
