Management needs to improve
The good thingsOverall you work with a small team. Most of them are young and energetic so it's fun to work with such colleagues.
The challengesPoor management. Employees are always stressed. Micro-managing is quite common in both corporate and CSR team. Stressful and very KPI-driven leading to high turnover.
