    A good training ground
    The good thingsI love the people and culture here. Everyone willing to share their experiences and bosses willing to reach. Able to learn things from different perspective and changing of attitude toward work.
    The challengesThings can happen within a short period. Have to cope with the pressure and willing to move on from the things happened.

    Experience as a Regional Consultant
    The good things1. The best place I've ever worked (out of the 3 Employers I've worked). But I must also say that it is the people that made the difference and created the enjoyable working experience. 2. People are encouraged to be themselves here. But because the team are generally extroverts, open and direct, usually the same traits of characteristic survive better in this environment.
    The challenges1. This is still a sales focused role and you are measured clearly on your sales closures (3 times of your payroll cost). When sales is slow, you are expected to find ways to hit the targets set. 2. You earn a basic salary and commission here. Commission and benefits are attractive, but that also means you got to hit the target in order to enjoy the good $$$.
