    One of the best Marketing Manager
    The good thingsOne of the best Marketing Manager ( He/his ) ever met so far. This person support a lot who ever working under his team. He is a great asset for the company. He is skillful person & I have learned a lot form him. Thank Peoplelogy for the wonderful opportunity to work under him. Truly great 👍 Almost everyone I’ve met at PROS is incredibly smart, committed to their job, and kind. Leadership and management are especially transparent and open, even through difficult times like COVID. They prioritized keeping their employees and did not do layoffs something I’ll always appreciate. Work life balance is highly reasonable there is never an expectation to work after hours, and the trusted time off system is great. A very diverse workplace that is celebrated extensively by the company.Culture is very diverse which makes it fun. Lots of activities pre-covid.

    The good things- Management strive to implement open communication culture - Lots of teambuilding activities, sometimes too many and becomes ineffective
    The challenges- Chinaman style of corporate culture and sales - Work processes are not properly organised - Lack of direction from upper management - Too many inexperienced people in leadership - Operates like an insurance company - No room to voice opinion or having taken into consideration
