    A structured and rewarding workplace with good benefits, though career growth may take time.
    The good thingsGood remuneration and staff benefits. I also appreciated the structured environment, proper SOPs, and the opportunity to work within a GLC setting. It was a good place to gain experience and understand how a more established organisation operates.
    The challengesThe working environment can be quite hierarchical, and career progression may take time. Project momentum may also depend on the organisation’s broader direction and priorities.
