    Great company to work with ruined by bad site management
    The good things1. Overall the company is fun and great to work for. 2. Good benefits given and enjoyable workplace 3. HQ is modern and company regularly conducts activities and events 4. Progressive work culture that promotes growth and healthy relationship among staff.
    The challenges1. A lot of narcissistic managers at the project site. 2. Very toxic work environment especially among those older/senior staff towards juniors staff 3. Very low increment and bonuses every year 4. Backdoor dealings among managers and subcontractors which top management does not know

    The challengesSalary range is not on par. Low increment. Sometimes management is slow on decision making.
