    Worst management and working environment
    The good thingsLearn nothing except politic and how worst magenement working. Whatever management promised to offer you never trust them.
    The challengesExtremely high turnover rate. Management never see your hard work but only blame not enough effort. In production always last minute received work but they keep pushing and scolding you hard. What management said on yesterday and the next day never be the same.

    The challengesThere's no room for career growth. It's not easy to get an opportunity for improvement of job duties. No work-life balance. Very stressful with a toxic environment. Work politic is normal here.

    The challengesStaff turnover are very high. Terrible, worst and biased management. Unfairness and HOD lack of management and leadership skills. Very stressful to work in this department.

    Best place for fresh graduate to learn from zero to hero
    The good thingsOpportunity to learn and join for audit, Knowledge about ISO 9001, 14001, GDPMD & FSC, secretary for Search & Rescue Team, attend Schedule Waste Management training, and all related to environmental management.
    The challengesCommitment from HOD/their team, was appointed to handle task given that not listed in JD (1 year and half) but luckily they hire a clerk to do the job.

    The good thingsSelf independent, this is what I prefer. Great opportunity to explore more knowledge and can gain a lot of new knowledge. Good for career advancement, but have to depends on who manager that you follow.
    The challengesContribution not appreciated by management and most lack of some HOD really lack of management skill and need further training.

    Every day is a stressful day
    The good thingsGreat employee/employer (depend on the person you met) , company trip, annual dinner, few benefit such as parking, food allowance if OT, you will met lot of staff from other countries. bonuses, salary appraisal (depend on the management)
    The challengesMedical limit is rm50, management sometime are okay, sometime not okay, last minute job, tight deadline, no matter how much you have done to the company once you do wrong thing, its over for you. welfare of the staff is not taken care of. Lunch only 45 minute. Annual leave provide each a month. work time 8.15am but force to come 8.00am. some boss is okay while other like a crazy person.
