    The challengesThe organization structure is a bottleneck. All decisions big or small is subject to one man's view and decision. I have been a victim of irrational view and illogical decision that was completely based on hearsay instead of facts and evidence. The marketing team is lacking in exposure and awareness and the culture creates doers not thinkers.
