    The challengesMamagement never think of staff. Tends to risk employee lives especially during Covid time. Forcing all the employee back to office even during mco and even with positive cases in the office.

    The good thingsMany benefits get from this Company where they are provide meal allowance, high contribution EPF if we stay longer and strategic working place. The colleagues also very nice to everybody and good environment with manager very kind and humble.
    The challengesFirst time involve in O&G company so I need to learn more and more to increase my knowledge. Also, challenging part when going to offshore with the big vessel and you can feel the wave of sea inside it.
