The good thingsDespite some common misconceptions, I've found this organisation to be a professionally run business, focused on both efficiency and achieving tangible results.
The challengesCultivating a cooperative and team-oriented environment.

Don't stay more than 2 years!
The good thingsThe working environment and colleagues are all good.
The challengesNo yearly increment unless you are in the right department! No bonus. No career advancement. No motivation to perform better from the management.

Among the best Institutions I've worked for
The good thingsThe Institution is still in its infancy stage but it has been a perfect training ground for many. The leadership of PU has been very engaging with employees at all levels. Salary paid is very competitive amongst other institutions. Employees are recognized for their \"go the extra mile\" effort. Great bunch of working colleagues...makes working so much easier, no red tapes.
The challengesThe need for employees of this Institution to embrace the mentality of \"What can I do for the Company\" instead of \"What can the company do for me\"

    A TERRIBLY MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE
The good thingsInteraction with colleagues and faculty was really good, but when it comes to progress as in bonus, salary increment and promotion, its none. Location wise its difficult to get people to come because there is hardly any transport direct to the workplace..
The challengesIt sucks when you have been working for 4 years and you Supervisor doesn't appreciates you. She doesn't even appreciate the little things you go all out to do for her personally and professionally which sometime is not even in your job scope.

    Job without challenge or development
The good thingsThere is no bonus given but they increase the EPF contribution by 1% after one year of service.
The challengesAll spending requires management approval (expenses less than MYR50.00). After obtaining approval from the respective managers, I need to write a comprehension why we need to incur such expense from 3 different level of staff and department. Expenses reimbursement of MYR20.00 requires 1 month to process.
