The challengesThe Operations AM is new & shows a complete lack of capability—no experience, delivers wrong information, and cannot guide properly as she doesn’t understand the work. Despite this, she was promoted rapidly due to favoritism. There are no proper SOPs; everything depends on moods, leaving staff with nothing to learn but blame to take.
Management is worse: the HK HQ values only blind obedience, twists facts, ignores laws, and sidelines anyone with real opinions. Employees are disrespected, often scolded unfairly, and even medical leave is not recognized—you may still be forced to work or targeted. They prefer fresh graduates who are cheap, submissive, and easily controlled. Acts are twisted when convenient, and actions are taken without regard to laws
Work-life balance is non-existent. Staff are expected to be on-call 24/7, answer after-hours calls, work until midnight or weekends, and report every single detail. Micromanagement is extreme, and unqualified people are placed in charge yet
