    Think twice before joining—favoritism-driven promotions, disrespectful management, no SOPs, and zero work-life balance

    The challengesThe Operations AM is new & shows a complete lack of capability—no experience, delivers wrong information, and cannot guide properly as she doesn’t understand the work. Despite this, she was promoted rapidly due to favoritism. There are no proper SOPs; everything depends on moods, leaving staff with nothing to learn but blame to take. Management is worse: the HK HQ values only blind obedience, twists facts, ignores laws, and sidelines anyone with real opinions. Employees are disrespected, often scolded unfairly, and even medical leave is not recognized—you may still be forced to work or targeted. They prefer fresh graduates who are cheap, submissive, and easily controlled. Acts are twisted when convenient, and actions are taken without regard to laws Work-life balance is non-existent. Staff are expected to be on-call 24/7, answer after-hours calls, work until midnight or weekends, and report every single detail. Micromanagement is extreme, and unqualified people are placed in charge yet

    The challengesOverall, the company has many positive aspects. However, one area of concern is the leadership at the very top level. The Global CEO’s management style is highly disconnected from reality, with poor communication, lack of vision, and minimal understanding of employees’ real challenges. Decisions are often inconsistent and poorly thought out, creating confusion and frustration across teams. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and accountability at the top level, which has led to low morale, high turnover, and missed opportunities for growth.

    I would strongly advise against joining this company due to the lack of learning opportunities. Avoid this company at all cost!

    The challengesHong Kong management style does not always align with Malaysian work culture. Within the Malaysia Operations Department, many decisions are made without consulting the local team, resulting in a lack of alignment with on-ground realities. Of particular concern is the Assistant Manager of the Operations Department, whose weak leadership and lack of operational knowledge result in poor decisions. She does not assign clear authority, causing confusion and delays. Her lack of engagement and refusal to seek team input have damaged morale and collaboration. HR has not actively pursued better benefits for staff, leading to minimal provisions that impact morale. Additionally, last-minute changes are frequent, causing unnecessary stress and operational disruption, while disparaging remarks about former colleagues have created an unhealthy work environment.

    The top management is a complete disaster—utterly clueless and unresponsive. Leadership here is a joke; there's no direction, no vision, and zero accountability. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this company at all cost

    The challengesThe management is from HK whereby the company culture is totally follow their style. No worklife balance and expected to reply msg asap even is midnight, public holidays or weekend. Workload is a lots and don’t have anyone can back up your job. The management is without leadership and unresponsive, and not respect the staff. And only believes in themselves and preferred their old style doing work.

    Basic benefit, salary not as as as market rate, alots of work to do, workload is much more than the salary.

    The challengesBoss expect you can do more than the salary, it is ok can treat it as learning, but the salary averagely is much more lower than the market rate. boss dont know how to lead the staff and handle over all the work to staff.

    The good thingsThe company offer a great career opportunities to the staffs. The working environment is awesome and colleague is very friendly. the management team is a team player and willing to share their knowledge and experience with us. Bonus and incentive is given to staff quarterly and yearly to appreciate the staffs' hardwork.
