A place to grow your mind and drive to succeed

The good thingsThis is a small yet established company that is gradually and steadily improving to be the best among its class. There are a lot that can be learned here in work culture and technical know how with everyone having good support among each other in performing work

The challengesSome systems and work culture shall need to be changed to suit growing customer needs and demands and employees will need to be open minded to accept these changes

The good thingsNormal working, but task given is not challenging to your qualification

The challengesBoring repetitive, mundane, no career development. Avoid voicing out your opinion to management. They won't listen to anything.. Just go to work 24/7..sometimes feel like slaves
