    Wonderful, but a bit toxic over time
    The good thingsSerene surroundings, no noteworthy traffic jams. Can be friends across all departments. As most of them are young / Gen Y.
    The challengesNeed to provide actual training, across all levels, and of course to adhere to the training period. Unclear job description. Too many ad-hoc tasks.

    Wonderful.
    The good thingsThe working colleagues and friends are very friendly and helpful. They are keen to share their knowledge and we are exposed to the working system of the company.
    The challengesThe environment in the shop floor is quite hot but it is fine.Maybe the ventilation system of the shop floor can be improvised.

    The good thingsI know the method to handle delivery progress. Also know how to manage their own areas such as the layout of goods, practicing 5S in the work area. I can handle reach truck and manage by myself for incoming and outgoing part for delivery.
    The challengesIndipendent. Can work in minimum supervision. Fast learner person. Able to prepare any document or paperwork related delivery/shipping part. Familiar with update, counting stock in the system.

    Sometimes you need to give more than you have
    The good thingsThe superiors are easy to slow talk when you have any ideas or problem. They always give you advise & encourage you to have a good work life balance. Sometimes they beyond our job scope but easy to negotiate.
    The challengesThe basic salary that sometimes did not meet with the actual economy situation nowadays. You need to follow up with the management almost everyday.
