    Organisational Culture
The good thingsThe organisation is relatively small in head count which enables a close knitted environment between all the employees. The organization operates on a decentralized system independent from its regional stakeholders thus allowing the business to respond to market situations without external bureaucracies.
The challengesThough independent from the regional business directions, the local management team is seen to cultivate an autocratic leadership approach in all business decision making. The management team is less receptive to employee communication and the organisation emphasizes on process driven governance as oppose to being results driven performances.
