    Constantly changing of Manager in HR Department & Admin hence there is no actual direction in HR Department. The HR Department was always taken playing small roles & no real authority in making decision. After being more than 5 years in the Company I only attended 1 external training. Management did not care much on career development.
    The good thingsQuite flexible in time management. Young workforce who can be quite challenging to manage due to generation gap working attitude. However you will learn to be multi tasking.
    The challengesNo salary scale as per industry practise. There is no establish guideline on salary increment & the Company should improve in overall compensation & benefits as at the moment thier benefits are really low.

    The challengesTop management extremely the worst. Unhealthy working style. Biasness can be seen clearly. Working at long hours without taking concern others & no reason.

    The good thingsGreat Company, to much thing that i learn from previous company, undertake overall responsibility at work . Many thing that i learn from here . From zero until i know more than one description work .
    The challengesI enjoy my work , because a lot work that i can learn more knowledge that i have. To many work that should i handle not only one .When we work in this company mostly we get multipurpose work etc, Admin And Hr description, Procurement matter and other thing . Aggressive for work and able to take over time . Need to know how communicate with client and supplier. Everything is nice about this company . hank you for taking me this job

    Bintulu Home Grown O&G Dayak Company
    The good thingsThey got ISO 9001 and 14000 and HSE Recognition Award from Petronas and Shell. What I liked the most is the never say die attitude and when there's will, there will be a way. Most of all, its a well known Bintulu home grown Dayak company, and I am very proud of it.
    The challengesConstant communication which leads to gap between the top management with the senior staff due to education wise and street wise differences.
