    Promise to put me in care corner for 1 month..end up i stayed in care corner for 11 month and failed in job application to relocate in care centre since i got low experience in care center

    The good thingsFlexibility to work from home. Everything else can be done online and no need to be present at the office.
    The challengesThe pay never increase and it is on contract basis. The HR can be better and to add on additional benefits or increase salary and offdays. Sometimes the client or customers can be really unpleasant but overall still bearable

    The challengesSubordinates who are selfish and doesn't contribute to the company's progress. HR should use a better hiring / screening system before bringing in a new employee on board. The Human Resources Department should be led by a more capable person.
