    The good thingsGot to work on unique projects and with different disciplines in the same office. Good for fresh graduates because there are senior people who can assist with guiding you through authorities, bombardment matters, etc. Immediate superior will conduct briefings on practice matters, eg. Strata Act compliance, PAM contract etc.
    The challengesNeed to be independent minded, try to come up with own researched solutions before asking for assistance.

    The good thingsIf you prove your work is good then you may always discuss with management on increment.The place lets you work independently so no micro managing (if your work up to par) and its’s one of the earliest arch/planning company and hv good reputation & also multidisciplinary which makes it a good place to learn.Good work life balance.Ppl are nice in general

    The good thingsTasks are handled individually, therefore you'll learn to be independant and be creative in order to learn and gain experience
    The challengesNot being guided by leaders, subordinates are mostly unmotivated individuals. Your knowledge growth shall be purely from own initiatives. Personal performance reviews are not done, therefore there is no way to track your development/to aim for certain personal milestones.
