    It is the best place to gain as much experience as possible.
    The good thingsPNFL might be the best place for you to learn everything about QS Consultancy. My colleagues are the best to work and play with. Due to its size, management always brought staff for Company trips. Bonus is so so, can't expect to get 3 months bonus like GLC. Time is quite flexible here; most people have difficulties in other places if they are so used to PNFL's culture.

    The good thingsExperiencing by handling a whole life cycle project from beginning to the end. There is always a senior and technical director willing to help in qs task. very supportive among the staff. Great teamwork between each other.
    The challengesManagement provides very minimal protection for staff. Not so much benefit especially in medical benefit.

    The good thingsExperiences and knowledges that can be gained more than study from the book. Independent and time management play significant role in here whereby as part of employee in this company, it is necessary for us to arrange well our time in completing each of the tasks.
    The challengesThe salary is average. Although experiences where you can earn from here, the time where you need to spend is higher. For each of the tasks, you need to complete within the time. It not just limited to one task for one project, but also apply for other projects too.
