    The good things1. high workload with various projects like residential, commercial, military, hospitals, and audits keep work interesting and offer valuable learning opportunities. 2. personalized training by the director. 3. friendly environment. colleagues are friendly and supportive. office is comfy with lots of facilities. 4. regular indoor/outdoor activities. 5. lots of benefits including high increments and bonuses.
    The challenges1. occasionally need to work overtime, but it's enjoyable with supportive colleagues. 2. balancing work and personal life can be challenging during busy periods.

    The challengesWorkload is very high but manageable. Salary quite low for fresh engineers but really good company to kickoff your career. Highly recommended for young engineers who would pursue professional engineer.

    Ideal place for graduates who want experience.
    The good thingsThe staff and my supervisor at PACE Sdn Bhd are very good people. They teach me and guide me properly to become a consultant mechanical designer.
    The challengesThe challenge is the workload in this company is high. The number of workers and workloads is not balanced. This can be overcome by optimizing the number of manpower and workload assigned to one person. Need to be good at adjusting and dividing time in the execution of the type of task.
