    IT WAS GREAT LEARNING AND EXPERIENCE.
    The good thingsTHE MANAGEMENT AND ENVIRONMENT. WORKING STYLE IS VERY FLEXIBLE AND ALL THE PEOPLES ARE VERY CO-OPERATIVE AND HELPFUL. AS AND EXPAT I ENJOYED NICE MOMENTS DURING MY STAY WITH PESTECH.

    A lot of things to learn but with a heavy workload
    The good thingsa lot of things to learn in the company, especially on the engineering because each teams depends on each other on information and etc in certain projects. Each projects assigns always have different challenges to faces, which means critical thinking will be tested.
    The challengesYour self independent will be tested greatly especially fresh graduates. There are always heavy workload will be given to be handle in a short times. Making you works at home and sacrifice your holidays and weekends just for work task to be done.

    Good Training Ground for Fresh Graduate But Not For Long Stay
    The good thingsDepending on your interest, you will be exposed to various skill/discipline of task which can help you built up your knowledge in the industry especially for the fresh graduate staff and experience professional who are keen to learn more about this industry.The company willing to invest on the staff's training to ensure their staff are well equip with current technology knowledge.
    The challengesThe career development seems stuck at one level after 4 or 5 years of your service. Even though you will be given a new task with a new challenge but you still need to do your previous routine task which from my opinion should be taken care by other junior staff. The management must look more on the staff benefit and rewards in order to make current employee felt appreciated by the company.

    The good thingsPotential to grow into a multinational company. The industry is niche. Visionary leadership by CEO, with good relationship with end customers.
    The challengesAs the company is growing, the control of management is starting to intensify. Benefits are getting stricter without much intervention from Human Resources.

    The good thingsThe good things working in this company are, majority of a staff department have a good communication between each other, good in team work, and have a good working place environment. The salary payment for every month is consistent. And every year there have a Pestech sports league.
    The challengesThe challenges working in this company is to completing a job at a duration of time given, you must have a very good work management skill to handle any project given and at the same time must be a skillful person especially in technical skill.
