Excellent working environment and colleaguesThe good thingsThe boss, managers, seniors and colleagues are very friendly, helpful and willing to teach. There is less bureaucratic stress as the boss always jokes around with the staff. Less office politics as all staff are treating each other quite well and working collaboratively.
The challengesSince it's located at the first floor, staff always have to carry clients' documents and boxes up and down, and it's quite tiring. Besides, it is very easy to get hurt as we basically deal with papers and files everyday.
