The challengesA lot of projects sometimes you have to arrange your time efficiently. Sometimes you have to incharge 2-3 projects in a time with short term duration. It's a big challenges.

Great learning opportunities, low wages
The good thingsAn excellent platform for freshies to learn and excel. Steep learning curves not suitable for the faint hearted. Great working environment and lots of friendly and helpful people making it easy to mingle and learn from the expert.
Conclusion - A great and ideal place for a freshie to gain valueble experience in the industry and a stepping stone towards other great opportunities.
