    Good and bad situation
    The good thingsGood working environment, not sure of company's future plans.
    The challengesWorking in the entertainment industry is exciting, however with recent situation, not sure what it will be like in 5 years time in terms of company's survival

    The good thingsIt is a good working environment as the boss are flexible and very understanding. The company also has provide the good benefits to staff such as hospitalization includes maternity, bonus during festive and end of the year, family day and some other gathering that involves all staff
    The challengesI am need to involve the tender bid preparation which it is good experience for me. I am also need to join the meeting during the tender bid with PETRONAS or Sapura Kencana which it is good involvement for me to get to know better on the company overview
