The challengesThe workplace environment has some serious management and ethical concerns. There are issues with staff claiming overtime that may not accurately reflect the actual working hours. Monitoring systems such as CCTV are not consistently supervised, which makes it difficult to ensure proper accountability.
There are also situations where some senior staff leave the workplace for long periods beyond the allowed break time. At the same time, junior or new staff members may be required to handle most of the office workload alone. In some cases, responsibilities are unevenly distributed, and new employees may feel pressured to take on tasks outside their normal job scope.
Better supervision, fair workload distribution, and stronger management practices would help improve transparency and create a more professional working environment for all employees.
