Terrible management. No respect on staffs.. Shouting n throwing things
The good thingsNothing.. Staff welfare not taken care off.. Staff uniform not enough.. Even torn uniform are given to staff... Staff meal is the worst... Sometimes stale food given.. Most times recycled food... Complained several times no action by management
The challengesManagement is not running it as a normal hotel.... All departments cramped in one space to conserve energy.... All department need to help each other as all depart has shortage of staffs.. Meaning your own department is neglected.... You do not have a job description.... All job is for all evebthough you not trained to do d job

The good thingsMeet & Greet International clients, Different Culture & Joyous Events. The Manager always look after their subordinates. Guide with great anticipation with minimal scolding & more advice.
The challengesIncrease manpower, so that the service could be done in a fast track. Reduce customer's waiting period. The room service could be improve with a timely manner.
