Not a place to grow, but to retire
The good thingsIf you're a person whom likes to be in a comfort, then this the best place for you. If you're looking for a place to retire, then the benefits which might would attracts you includes, bonus, team-building, flexible working hours, 18 annual leaves, replacement for public holiday which falls on weekend
The challengesNot the best place to grow or even to learn, [old technologies here]. It's hard to be feel wanted, or important unless you are yea-sayer.

The good things1-flexible working hour.seriously! 2-trust u lot 3-treat their staff as human being. like family. 4-salary is not as high as other company but still reasonable. 5-u can learn a lot here (IT department especially) 6-for a finance/investment company, the bonus is quite good (twice a year) 7-near KLCC train station. (parking here quite expensive) 8-got company trip/team building every year
The challenges1-need more resources (IT department) 2-can attract more staff to join if salary a bit high 3-you need to have both knowledge in old and new technology (language/coding)

    Great place to gather experience
The good thingsI am very fortunate to be assigned to work under the supervision of a project manager who is sensitive of your growth needs. Of course there is a range of opinion, & of course too I have my fair share of struggling times, but honestly, in general, the great moments managed to outweigh the opposite ones.
The challengesThis is very personal to each and every employee. I face set of challenges but so far no challenge out-stands the other. Challenge typically comes with the workload. Certainly there is room for improvement, but I personally have nothing particular to highlight when it comes to challenges to work for this company.

    Good for diverse knowledge
The good thingsI enjoy reading and analyzing the economic environment. Part of my job is to read the news and keep up with the current event happening. Then I will analyze and come up with my own conclusion for what is my expectation of the economy moving forward. Apart from that, I am also involve in shares analysis. I attended several investors briefing and will do a visit note on that particular company. The opportunity given to meet the specific company management gives me insight on how the management run the business, how the business operates and others qualitative input which I cannot get in brokers report.
The challengesIn my humble opinion, company can get more organized on the task given.

Be prepared and expect the unexpected!
The good thingsYou get to learn a lot of of things within a short period of time. Multi tasking is not uncommon since the company practices multi products multi channels, so don't expect that you would just focus on certain things but rather expect to be loaded with some unfamiliar tasks including \"extra curriculum\" such as sports and recreational club etc.
The challengesIf you do not think that you would be able to cope with the good things as mentioned above, then you would be in a hot soup. Staff turnover is pretty high, so you have been warned. However, if you like to challenge yourself with all those good things, then it will be a very good training ground and perhaps could be your major stepping stone should you decide to.move on to another company later on.
