    I got transportation expenses.
    The good thingsPHN has good working environment and a lot of benefits. The wages is average and I go to work by grab everyday. The wages can't handle my living expenses.
    The challengesPHN got incredibly fast paced management. Everything need to be done on-time. But it is good experience for newbie.

    The good thingsSalaries is quite high, many type of allowances but small amount only. Double pay even on both weekend days, but compulsory to do overtime. For those who are searching for money like there is no tomorrow, this would be a great place for you to work. Culture is good and they pray together on time.
    The challengesTell no one about your salary, staff here tend to compare salary given between themselves. Bonus not fix, management depends too much on lower grade staff. Attendance is crucial. they would rather look at attendance than your performance because if you did not come to work with reason, they will get questioned but if you did good on your work, absolutely they will take the credit.

    The challengesMy opinion, company required revised salary remuneration employee according to current years, at least 5 years to retained and reduced high turnover. A good salary package will keep employees from looking for another job.

    The best place to get an experience
    The good thingsThis is the best place to have many experience in many different kind of ways. You will be challenge physically and mentally, but somehow it will develop you to become a better person in your own future. I would recommend people who love new challenge every day and never easily give up.
