    Internal Management are Messy
    The good thingsBenefit wise is better than other company
    The challengesBecareful during what interview section , they might talk differently when you are join. Internal management are worse and messy , everyone is two faces and need to be extra careful on what you do and what you talk. Think few times before delivery the message. Not recommend to come ,suitable for retirement only
