    I am happy for where I am now to grow my career.
    The good thingsI'm no sure about other department but my direct reporting manager and dotted line reporting manager are very supportive and helpful. There's a saying: "people leave because of managers and not the company". They provide constructive feedback and guidance. They also care a lot on my career growth.
    The challengesAs the company is experiencing rapid growth, there's not enough manpower and IT equipment can be better.

    The challengesthe workload is lot, but i matches with the salary, however the colleagues can be a nightmare. they can be really unfriendly especially when i was a non Chinese. i really hope no one will have same experience as me.
