The challengesDepending on the management there may be ups and downs but its hard to find a company that does cater to your every want.

Attend to assist and trouble shoot any user issues regarding to IT infrastructure, software, hardware and network besides handling IT assets management and IT documentation
The good thingsEasy to communicate, friendly(all department), some of department are less supervision which is good for them to make their decision to solve problem. All department can share each other ideas to develop and create things and products. Company doing a retreat every year to relax and give appreciation for all employees. Employees with good KPI will comes with good bonus salary.
The challengesSome of department need to work over time(after working hours) even nights(standby 24/7) but didn't get any prorated pay for it. Instead, they just can give those employees a replacement leave. Salary are quite lower than standards in market(for permanent employees). Increment salary per year are also quite low(for permanent employees).
