    Best workplace for sales career!!
The good thingsSalary is always banked in on time. Designers are entitled to get commissions/incentives.
The challenges1. Double standard management team. 2. Account executives lead the art director and creative director. 3. Account executives judge and question the abilities and capabilities of creative heads whereas creatives are not encouraged to review or give comments on their bad selling skills and bad presentation. 5. Account executives (aka sales team in this company) blames designers for all failed pitch.

Avoid at all cost, you have been warned
The good thingsSalary ontime. Friendly Helpful Designers. Good Work Environment.
The challengesNo increment or up the salary in two years even before MCO came. Tons of made up excuses. No inform staff of bump position to Senior position and force to serve two months before resigning. Job overload but give low pay, demand overnight and working on weekends on project 24/7, no gratitude even if you put all your effort. Highly values sales team than other departments, so if u are from sales field please come work her Career development?. Find work other place..

Extremely unprofessional. Would not recommend for designers.
The good thingsI was told that i'll be getting a contract, but ended up offering freelance work instead. This is with an agreement of how much i'll be paid and when to start. I delayed my job hunting because thought i got the job already, they wasted my time and effort going to the HQ. The staff were remoseful, but my time was already wasted. Extremely disappointing.
The challengesI didn't experience any challenges because i did not even get to start.

    Bad for designers
The good thingsThe salary is always on time. Design department colleagues are friendly and helpful. Good for building portfolio to jump to other company. Commission are pretty good for exhibition designers.
The challengesJobs overload, work/life unbalance. Many sleepless nights. Client servicing always expect us to work 24/7. Hard to bring out own creativity as the client servicing often reject ideas and act as the art director. Too many last minute revision. Event designers can't get commission even after 2 years as they will give tons of excuses.

The good thingsNo good thing to mention for this company. By right it should ask what is the poor things. - Poor employees scheme - Poor employees claim (use own money to pay for production first) - No money for overtime working hours - Aggressive to grab sale among colleagues
The challenges- HR dept have to come out more beneficial scheme for employees e.g. OT claim and higher commission. - Company have to update whole company facilities e.g. desktop, carpet, wall painting, security, hygiene / cleanliness of wash room... - Have to increase annual leave for those employees always run overnight build up.
