    The good thingsAs an Account Assistant at Pilot Management Services, I had a very positive experience that contributed to both my professional and personal growth. The company pays overtime at competitive market rates, which I appreciated. A standout feature of our workplace culture was celebrating staff birthdays. For each birthday month, we pooled resources to buy a gift for the colleague celebrating their special day, fostering a sense of camaraderie. Additionally, our manager was an excellent mentor, encouraging me and my colleague to ask questions. We felt comfortable approaching our manager or boss for assistance, which was incredibly beneficial for our development.
    The challengesOne of the challenges I faced was learning new software such as QNE Software, SQL Account and AXP Audit Express that was initially challenging, but it ultimately enhanced my technical skills and made me more efficient in my role. Another challenge I faced was navigating communication barriers with clients, particularly when working with Chinese clients. However, my colleagues were always willing to help translate, making it easier to build strong relationships and ensure clarity. Last but not least, I often encountered tight deadlines, which pushed me to improve my time management skills and prioritize tasks effectively.
