    The challengesHave to come early to work, otherwise will get salary deducted and required to hire staff with low salary compared to market rate within short timeline and very last minute!

    The good thingsFriendly colleagues Teachers here are friendly and helpful to each other.
    The challengesBad management with boss that don't like to communicate. Only one way command and teachers here being threaten in many ways. Employment contract a lots of problem which is unfair to the teachers.

    Unless desperate for job
    The good thingsGood academic team but all under stress, just waiting to finish contract.
    The challengesTerrible management. Always take advantage of employees. Unless desperate for job. Otherwise all the non-academic will never work long. Management monitor employees movement with CCTV very closely, even in Principle's room. The duration each employees talk, toilet etc. Love to listen gossip of employees and bring up in meetings.
