    The best work environment as Developer!
    The good thingsThey have a great team working at the company. You will get a understandable team and good teamwork. It's only stress if you cannot finish the task within the due date. But if you can manage to finish the task within the due date, you're awesome! Not stress at all!
    The challengesSo far, it's good. Nothing really bad about the company. If you can do better, you can get better reward and result.

    The good thingsA good platform to develop your digital marketing skill especially SEM and SEO, able to enhance language skill and acquire a lot of knowledge here. The relationship between colleagues or different departments is always in good condition. Highly recommended fresh graduates to join this company!

    The good thingsI have no regrets undergoing my industrial training with Pinheads. This experience has provided me with hands-on experience that cannot be gained in the classroom. Besides that, I have been given the chances to join their new projects as well as build my knowledge in this area. Besides that, I have been exposed to digital marketing at here and also able to contribute ideas and suggestions, which made me feel like I was being treated as an equal member of the team.
    The challengesNeed to adapt and follow the pace of this company. Served different kind of clients from Singapore as well.

    The good thingsMultiple soft skill learnt. Ex: Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, basic use of Developer software (Photoshop, Articulate Storyline) and client handling.

    Sharing about working
    The good thingsI have learnt many brand new things from this company. Pinheads Interactive is a multimedia company, thus I can learn not only one thing. I doing development of website, mobile, game as well as some research. It is good, because I can learn many different things and enhance for my personal skills. Unity is strength, we all work together as a team in our company.
    The challengesDifferences are inevitable when the people who are passionate work together. Eventually, after a team to get through the new task of initial orientation, members are usually implemented work together to accomplish a common goal is hard work. This happens at the stage of team development dissatisfaction among the team when identifying what their expectations and the reality gap.
