Unstable Direction, Poor Leadership, No Support form other team and also the management.
The good thingsNone, nothing good things except knowledge gain by learning by yourself.
The challengesIf you want to work here. If you are not good at winning the hearts of your superiors, you will be left out, no matter how much you contribute to the company. With one position, you will do more than that, even if you are not in JD. You are A, you are B, you are C. The cooperation and communication that your superiors ask us to apply between all departments, you do it, but you will not get that from other departments. They are lack of cooperation and communication, they will only do if the things are IMPORTANT AND URGENCY FOR THEIR TASK ONLY. The management also having a lack of skill to manage the people.

    Unstable and Frustrating Experience
The good thingsNone, nothing excites me working here
The challengesHonestly the worst company I’ve worked for. I was only there for 3 months before they suddenly restructured my role and kept moving me around like I had no direction or value. No proper discussion, no clear plan — just chaos. Don’t expect mentorship or guidance. Professionalism is questionable and some behavior from management can be very uncomfortable. There is basically no real growth or support here. Yes, the salary might look attractive at first, but the environment can slowly make you feel like you are not good enough until you eventually leave on your own. Management decisions often feel random and poorly planned. Be prepared for last-minute events, including weekends, and don’t expect overtime pay. Work-life balance is not respected. Some policies also feel unfair or inconsistent for example, certain benefits like birthday leave only apply to selected hires. Overall, not a great place if you value stability, guidance, or a healthy working culture. Think carefully before joining.

Overall, this internship gave me valuable real-world experience that improved my creative skills, time management, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
The good thingsI really enjoyed the opportunity to work on a variety of creative tasks such as designing social media visuals, event posters, PR boxes, animations, and e-commerce promotions. I also liked that I could explore beyond design, including video shooting, and helping out with events, which gave me a broader understanding of how design connects with marketing.
The challengesThe main challenges were handling overlapping tasks under tight deadlines, making quick adjustments for last-minute changes, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms. Sometimes the workload was intense, but it pushed me to be more organized and adaptable.
