    The good thingsThe management do not respect staff working hours, even call during weekend/holiday.
    The challengesMost of the challenges are come from the Management who lack of management and leadership skills. Still want to hire more staff even though the office are too small and packed, plus the financial is terrible. Too many staff that resign due to the bosses and leader are not competent.

    The good thingsGood experience work, very professional, and good security is promising. No salary issues, very helpful management - the Head of Human Capital spends her time listening to my issues before deciding to resign, same goes for GM Finance and all Human Capital team. My beloved team is one of the best moments in my job. I will recommend joining this company without any hesitation.
    The challengesThere is no partiality at all, everyone is there for one another and the management is transparent too but you have to take an opportunity directly and meet up with them - don't just make an assumption.

    The good thingsthe interview session was conducted in mac2021. Thank you for speaking with me during the session about my applied role. Very much thank you much to the hr exec for the phone interview and I enjoyed learning and appreciate all the comments from the hr manager. I feel my 5 years of experience as an administrative and pa to the ceo would not be translated well when talking to both professional hr of prec about your roles and services. just to share after a month, I had joined one of hr consultant company and all that has been discussed in the interview are really helped me and now of my weakness. Thank you for sharing and for the honest comment.

    The good thingsEnvironment is okay, colleagues are good most of them are malay, flexible working hours are introduced during 2020 which are very helpful.
    The challengesMost of the challenges are come from the Management who lack of management and leadership skills. Still want to hire more staff eventhough the office are too small and packed, plus the financial is terrible. Too many staff that resign due to the bosses and leader are not competent. The management do not respect staff working hours, even call during weekend/holiday. Plus they issued showcause for those who did not reply whatsapp messages. True case.

    The good thingsGood thing recite Yaasin every Friday, every Wednesday is sport day, flexible working hours.
    The challengesManagement lack of leadership skills, decision making are worst even claim themselves as "experienced personal" but cannot make decisions, vision are beyond capabilities, no career advancement, wait until you meet the Head of HR, very unprofessional.

    The good thingsUse to be Financially okay. Currently worst even before the MCO
    The challengesThe top management is poor. Will squeeze you until stress out. Office politics those who are at top is sweet talker but poor work ethic. Always ask you to stay back until night. Doesn't respect after office hour and annual leave/holiday & expect you to be ready every time.

    Good interview experience with 3 key management team
    The good thingsAttended interview with 3 key management team members - The CEO, Head of HR, Puan Diayana and Head of Investment Puan Netty. I must say all i was very comfortable with all of them. Their professionalism and team dynamic were seen during the interview. Thanks to the HR team in handling the interview arrangement really well! Keep it up!
