    The challengesA significant challenge I faced at PKT in the Family Mart department was dealing with management issues, particularly with a manager who often took credit for others’ work, assigned unnecessary tasks, and created a stressful work environment.

    Great place to work. Management has a mix of old and new blood. Good work-life balance with great opportunity to learn.
    The good thingsGood leadership, opportunities to try new roles and gain new experiences. Annual company trips overseas lead by the owner himself. In-house facilities such as gymnasium, spa and cafeteria.
    The challengesAn business that is transitioning from an SME to a corporate entity. Minor teething problems but higher management is constantly improving for benefit of employees.

    The good thingsThe benefits, the management and facilities here. We have 3 gyms in Shah Alam. Penang site is even better with the best cafe and bistro.
    The challengesUsual challenges when many old timers need skills to tackle changes but luckily the management and leaders are all aligned.

    Big Boss very kind and supportive
    The good things- Good hospitality provided for staff like GYM and sauna with healthy advisor, Tiptop Cafe/Canteen & Pantry for staff take a break. - Excellent teamwork job in any task given by management (Maybe depends on the department) - Got entertainment minute for rest like games room, table of snooker/Ping-Pong at limited time. - Very Good environment surrounding including your working table located.
    The challenges- Very limited overtime - In certain part of management playing toxic politic game - the salary actually at average level
