    The good thingsI truly appreciate the positive and dynamic work environment that encourages teamwork, continuous learning, and innovation. The management is supportive and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction makes it a great place to work. I'm proud to be part of Plastictecnic and highly recommend it.
    The challengesCommunication between departments can also be improved to ensure smoother operations. That being said, the company is open to feedback and constantly working on enhancing the work environment.

    The good thingsGood place for learning new things. Friendly colleague. Every three month per time got celebrate staff birthday party. Alot of fun and joy.
    The challengesOld school staff, always think they was correct. even those, if we give any new idea also. abit hard to apply new method, especially in production.

    The good thingsSystematic, Multi Trainings provided, 30minutes allocation for breakfast everyday ☺, Monthly birthday Celebration, Festival Celebration, Teambuilding and Many more to say. Work independently with less hassle, Prayer room n time allocations for Muslim staffs. Salary always on time or earlier, never delayed.
