The challengesA toxic environment. Superiors exploit and suppress subordinates, pushing me to produce more while they only supervise the work. The manager and head of marketing don’t seem to do the work themselves, they just supervise! The head ask people to look at the big picture but keep picking on the little things. They also like to call meetings (just adjust slides sentences) right when it’s time to go home. A reminder to everyone: no matter how high your position is, be kind.
