    high turnover requires you to hit the ground running
    The good things-flexible working hours -decent workload -decent pay if negotiated -in my case close to home
    The challenges-benefits could be better -fixed OT rate for exempt level workers -due to high turnover, you will eventually absorb other peoples workload without any increase in compensation.

    Great and good learning experience
    The good thingsAble to learn a lot while working in Plexus. For instance managing, handling a project, handling with customer, handling quality product.
    The challengesNot much working life balance due to a lot of projects. Products demand from customer increase every quarter throughout the year.

    The good thingsSufficient benefit and perks but can't be compared to the top 10 best employer choice. Good place to learn things for fresh.
    The challengesDepend on your luck to get good superior and site with shared workload able to help your growth skills and career advancement. Some of the task are still in manual way. Difficulty to get parking space sometimes. In terms of wages, it is average and no adjustment to current market value and lower increment. In this era, high turnover due to people or candidates are more awareness on overall benefit and not only wages. Do refer IG: malaysianpaygap as guide.

    The good things-college workers were friendly -ot given -satisfying salary

    The good thingsA good stepping stone to other better multinational companies. Smart, efficient and competent co-workers in China region.
    The challengesNo clear job scope and responsibilities. Incompetent subpar managers and co-workers in Malaysia region. No work life balance. Lack of trust, rigid clock in clock out system. Night calls without OT. Corporate culture lack of diversity and inclusion. Lack of response/support from Corporate HQ. Lack of direction due to poor leadership.

    Good company, great peoples, bad management.
    The good things- Workload are not too high (for some departments). - Relatively new and well maintained facilities. - Good social life with colleagues. - Meal allowance, plus other benefits. - Slight flexibility in work hours.
    The challenges- Too many middle management, thus heavy politics. - Low pay and small pay increament compare to competitors. (Too many managerial mouths to feed) - High stress, high work load for some departments - No promotion chance, even if you worked 10 years, unless you have a degree. - Low OT rates. -

    The good things> Flexible working hours and culture. > supportive and approachable management hierarchy. > No discrimination and cultural balanced in general. > Vast opportunity to learn due to diversification of industry and customers converging on each manufacturing sites.
    The challenges> Unobvious but existing politics > change resistive management (hear but don't listen) > limitation over career future of employees disregarding performance (eg. has degree but denied promotion opportunity). > lackluster technological implementation for MNC.

    HR & Mgt is bad, making life tough
    The good thingsPeople are good. The work hours and job load is acceptable. we have a lot of challenges during the covid period. I work at ATC, so i can work from home.
    The challengesMy boss is always changing her mind, and she wants to micro manage. Actually the mgt here is all on micro managing. V doesnt like to allow anyone else to make decisions. I feel trapped sometimes.. cant close opens and keep kena complaint.

    Good company overall, will rejoin if have chances
    The good thingsGood management, if you can perform then you can have promotion. Good worklife balance, very minimal chances to receive call regarding work after working hour/weekend/holiday.
    The challengesCanteen food is bad, especially during MCO period which employee cannot eat outside. Paid & Bonus are low compare with other US contract manufacturer. Bonus are based on company's performance, not by workcell which is unfair for employee who did hardwork.

    I have a lot of experience when I work there, among them is I know how to manage time, because in the plexus I am given two breaks, so how do I manage time well. second, my experience while doing work, how I manage my work ethic, i.e. I need to wear gloves when doing my job. the third, the experience where I have to do 5S practices that is, sweep, stack, side, uniform and always do. That's the only experience I want to share with you. thank you.
