Good company, great peoples, bad management. The good things- Workload are not too high (for some departments).
- Relatively new and well maintained facilities.
- Good social life with colleagues.
- Meal allowance, plus other benefits.
- Slight flexibility in work hours.
The challenges- Too many middle management, thus heavy politics.
- Low pay and small pay increament compare to competitors. (Too many managerial mouths to feed)
- High stress, high work load for some departments
- No promotion chance, even if you worked 10 years, unless you have a degree.
- Low OT rates.
