    To find out the problem and resolve it logically make sences then to argue n blame each other.. In Team there's no 'you' or 'I' but always have us, we & our..

    The challengesWhen there's is not enough manpower, a bit strunggle to handle a project.. but This is the time for me to see how far i can go/handle it.. amazingly ...i still here.. how we experienced it, is not same like we tell people how it felt. Experience is story that cant tell..
